These Terms of Use govern your access to musevideo.site ("MuseVideo") and the free Muse Video generator it hosts. By using the site you agree to these terms. MuseVideo is an independent research and creation hub; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, and the Muse Image and Muse Video models are products of Meta Superintelligence Labs.
Acceptable use
You may use the Muse Video generator to create preview images and animated previews for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit prompts intended to produce illegal content, content that infringes another party's rights, or content designed to harass, deceive, or harm others. You also agree not to abuse or automate the free tool in ways that degrade it for other people; a bot-verification step exists for that reason.
Content you create
You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the previews you generate. As between you and MuseVideo, you retain your rights in the outputs you create with the Muse Video generator, subject to applicable law and any rights of third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your use of a generated preview complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
No warranty
The Muse Video generator and all content on this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Previews are generated by an AI system and may contain errors or artifacts. The explainer content describes Meta's previewed models as reported and is offered as independent commentary, not as official documentation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuseVideo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Muse Video generator. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
Changes
